Governance & Coordination:

1. • Review and harmonize legislation on One Health across sectors.
   • Operationalize the national One Health coordinating mechanism.
   • Mobilize resources to support the National One Health Strategic Plan.
2. Surveillance:
   • Establish One Health surveillance among stakeholders for early detection of zoonotic diseases.
   • Strengthen laboratory capacities to diagnose priority zoonotic diseases at provincial levels.
3. Preparedness & Response:
   • Enhance preparedness and response capacities for zoonotic diseases at all levels.
   • Coordinate emergency preparedness and response among relevant ministries and agencies.
4. Advocacy, Communication & Training:
   • Develop capacity for One Health advocacy and communication programs.
   • Incorporate One Health initiatives in pre-service education.
   • Increase awareness of One Health among policymakers.
5. Research:
   • Align institutional collaborative research to One Health by 75%.
   • Establish One Health research themes and enhance communication between researchers and policymakers.
