Strategic Planning and Information Management
The Strategic Planning and Information Management pillar has the mandate to plan, design, monitor, coordinate and implement information management activities around all Hazard Public Health Emergency and Epidemic Preparedness. To actualize the tasks, the department has four areas of focus: strategic public health planning, information management, public health research and monitoring and evaluation. The mandate is facilitated through the following functions performed by the cluster which involve to;
- Manage, coordinate and harmonize the planning, monitoring and evaluation functions in order to enhance programmes and projects performance for the institute.
